Homeowner Assistance Fund logo

2022-2023 Homeowner Assistance Fund Public Awareness Campaign

Eric coordinated a multi-agency public awareness campaign to inform eligible homeowners about the HAF, which assisted people at risk of foreclosure due to a COVID hardship. The $1.6 million multi-lingual campaign, with ad agency partner MORE Advertising, resulted in 1.6 million video views and more than 160,000 ad clicks.

2024 Launch of Mass. Community Climate Bank Website

My team managed the process of branding the new Massachusetts Community Climate Bank, and worked with an ad agency to launch the website on an accelerated time frame.

2023 "Picture This" ad campaign for downpayment assistance

Our "Picture This" ad campaign, created with ad agency partner MORE Advertising, had more than 500 conversions and more than 1 million video views. The campaign ran in English and Spanish, and promoted MassHousing's downpayment assistance.

MassHousing 2018 Annual Report

This 2018 annual report for MassHousing won a Bronze Bell Award in the Digital or Printed Collateral category from the Publicity Club of New England. It tells the stories behind the agency's $1.2 billion lending year.

Success story Video

This video tells the success story of the Roasario family, who obtained an affordable home mortgage loan from MassHousing to buy their first home

MassHousing 2017 Annual Report 

This annual report won a Merit Award from the Publicity Club of New England. It told some of the stories behind MassHousing's success in 2017, in which the agency provided $1. 4 billion in financing. ​​​

Op-eds and ghost-writing

Eric has ghost-written numerous columns on behalf of CEOs and organizational leaders.

This column that I ghost-wrote for the MassHousing CEO appeared in the Boston Globe. It won a Bronze Anvil Merit Award from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
